The Wanghi satay, made of tender chickenfilet and the Madoera satay, made of pork tenderloin, are marinated with aromatic Balinese spices for a truly authentic Indonesian flavour. The chicken and pork tenderloin is traditionally sliced, marinated and hand strung on a peddle stick.
In addition, the packaging is designed to help you in a practical way. The bistro satay is IQF frozen and can be thawed per piece, to give you maximum flexibility depending on the demand. The satay for the fastfood industry is vacuum packed per serving in a perforated tear-off bag, which is easy to open.
